Levnil Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products (including jeans, jackets, and clothing for men, women, and kids) from Levnil’s official website (levnil.com, “Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on the Website). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Placement & Acceptance
1.1 Order Submission
When you place an order on the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 3). To complete an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your shipping address, contact details, and payment information. Levnil reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing;
- The product price or description contains a typographical error or inaccuracy;
- We suspect fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, unauthorized use of a payment method);
- Your shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or in a location we are unable to service (though we offer global shipping, exceptions may apply for restricted regions).
1.2 Order Confirmation
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Acknowledgment”). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs only when we send a second email (“Shipping Confirmation”) notifying you that your order has been processed and shipped. At that point, a binding contract between you and Levnil is formed for the purchased products.
2. Product Information & Availability
2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our products (e.g., size, color, fabric, fit for jeans and jackets) on the Website. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colors, or descriptions are 100% identical to the physical product, as variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or manufacturing batches.
2.2 Availability
Product availability is indicated on the Website at the time of order placement. If a product becomes unavailable after you submit an order but before we send the Shipping Confirmation, we will notify you via email and cancel the unavailable item(s) from your order. If you have already paid for the unavailable item(s), we will process a refund in accordance with Section 6.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days of order placement. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day), during which processing time may be slightly delayed.
4.2 Delivery Timeline & Global Free Shipping
Levnil offers global free shipping for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. After your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6-12 business days to any destination worldwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays (for international orders), carrier disruptions, or extreme weather.
4.3 Shipping Updates & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive your package within 12 business days of the Shipping Confirmation, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number for assistance.
5. Returns
5.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may return any unused, undamaged product (in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact) for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the delivery date. The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page);
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed jackets, made-to-measure jeans);
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged due to improper use.
5.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product(s) back to us.
- Pack the product(s) securely (using the original packaging if possible) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in our response—Levnil does not require you to pay for return shipping (consistent with our global free shipping policy).
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Eligibility & Processing Time
Refunds are issued only for products that meet the return eligibility criteria (Section 5.1) and are received and inspected by our warehouse. Once your returned product is approved:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) and will appear in your account within 3-7 additional days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
6.2 Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price (in USD). Shipping costs are not deducted, as we offer global free shipping. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will also cover any return shipping costs (if applicable) and issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, we will process a refund within 5-10 business days, following the same timeline as Section 6.
8. Limitation of Liability
Levnil’s liability for any claims related to your purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected product(s). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience, or missed events) arising from:
- Delays in shipping or delivery (unless caused by our intentional misconduct);
- Product defects (beyond the cost of a refund or replacement);
- Errors in product descriptions (unless the error results in a material misrepresentation of the product).
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing, or to claims arising from personal injury or property damage caused by defective products.

Levnil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.
