At Levnil, we aim to get your order of jeans, jackets, and family clothing to you as efficiently as possible while ensuring your items arrive in the same great condition they left our warehouse. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our order processing, shipping timelines, destination coverage, and related guidelines—please note that we do not offer free shipping for any orders at this time.

1. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to process, pack, and verify your items to ensure accuracy and quality. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day), during which processing time may extend to 4-5 business days. If you order multiple items—such as a mix of kids’ jeans, men’s jackets, and women’s tops—we may process and ship them together in one package, unless some items are out of stock. In cases where items are on backorder, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of your purchase to share the expected restock date and shipping timeline; you may choose to wait for the backordered item or adjust your order at that time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to most domestic locations and select international destinations. A full list of eligible international countries is available during checkout—if your location is not listed, we are unable to ship to you at this time, and you will be notified before completing your purchase. For international orders, please note that shipping may be subject to additional restrictions or delays due to local customs regulations, and it is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for any import rules or restrictions that may apply to clothing items like denim jeans or jackets.

3. Shipping Timelines & Carriers

Once your order is processed and shipped, the delivery timeline will depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. For domestic orders, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day shipping, overnight shipping) are available for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days. Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up the delivery process—it does not shorten the 1-3 business day order processing time, so if you need an item by a specific date, we recommend placing your order in advance and selecting an expedited shipping method.

For international orders, shipping timelines are longer due to customs clearance and longer transit distances. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days, while expedited international shipping (if available) may take 3-7 business days. These timelines are estimates only and do not include customs processing time, which can add 1-5 business days depending on the destination country’s customs procedures.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including your shipping destination, the weight and dimensions of your package, and the shipping method you select. During checkout, you will see the total shipping cost for your order before completing payment—this cost is added to your order total (along with any applicable taxes). We do not offer free shipping for any orders, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the shipping delay or issue is caused by Levnil (e.g., we shipped your order to the wrong address due to our error).

For international orders, in addition to the shipping cost charged at checkout, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in the order total or shipping cost—Levnil has no control over these fees, and we recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate potential charges before placing an international order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can monitor the status of your package in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your Levnil account (if you created one) and navigating to the “Order History” section.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after you receive the shipping confirmation email, as it takes time for the carrier to scan and process the package. If you do not see tracking updates after 48 hours, or if the tracking information shows the package as “delayed” or “lost,” please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number for assistance.

6. Address Changes & Missing Deliveries

It is important to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout, as we cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you must contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order—once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the address, and the package will be delivered to the original address provided.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager (if applicable) to see if someone else accepted the delivery. Some carriers may also leave packages in a secure location (e.g., a porch, garage, or mailroom) to prevent theft.
